Its registration number is 126954/071/072 and has been granted the permission to run its program in Annapurna, Everest and Langtang region by the Government of Nepal and the Ministry of Industry under the section 5 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation of Nepal has issued a license to Himalayan Challenge Treks to work as a travel agency in Nepal.
